A Harvard University graduate with a degree in Economics and a secondary in African American Studies, Hill was a three-time All-Ivy League linebacker and the 147th Captain of the Harvard Football Team—an honor bestowed upon a single leader each season. His leadership and relentless pursuit of excellence made him a standout both on and off the field.

Beyond his playing career, Hill brings a wealth of experience in film analysis and organizational strategy. Most recently, he served as a Film Analyst for the Cleveland Browns, applying his deep understanding of film breakdown to inform team decision-making. He also worked as a Strategy Analyst at Deloitte, where he specialized in organizational transformation, workforce optimization, and technology implementation—critical skills that align perfectly with Tactix AI’s mission to revolutionize coaching efficiency through AI.
